Order Processing

Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your item ships. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Delivery Estimates

U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
International orders: 7–20 business days

Customs & Duties

International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect sizing
Late delivery due to postal or customs delays
Change-of-mind purchases

We encourage you to review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.

We Will Replace Items That Are:

Damaged in transit
Defective or misprinted
Incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item, size, or color)

To request a replacement, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
